Shipment

Your item will be shipped with PostNL or UPS. If your order and payment are completed on working days before 7:00 p.m., the package will be transferred to PostNL or UPS the same day, so it will be delivered to you the next day. Our articles are also delivered to you by PostNL on Saturdays. When you have completed your order in the webshop, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Please note: in the Netherlands and large parts of Belgium, mail is delivered on Saturdays. This is particularly different in certain parts of Belgium. Do you normally never receive mail on Saturdays? Then unfortunately that will also apply to your PhoneXperts package. Please note the following: do you order during the weekend? Then you will have your order in your house on Tuesday.

Shipment costs

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over € 100. Below that, the shipping costs are:

• To the Netherlands and Belgium: € 4.50 per order
• To Germany: € 14,99 per order / no shipping cost for orders over € 250
• To other countries in the EU: € 14,99 per order / no shipping cost for orders over € 450
